PANEL PLANTATION

Hazelnut has been cultivated since ancient times, and the profitability of this crop is influenced by many factors. It is important to choose the right conditions for setting up the plantation (area, microzone, soil type), but also the varieties and technology of exploitation of the plantation, which can make the difference between economic and hazard. The soil chosen for the plantation must be as flat as possible, with fertile soil, well drained, with a pH between 6.0 and 8.0 and fall within the areas and microzones indicated as being very favorable for this crop.

WALNUT PLANTATION

With regard to the capitalization of walnut production on the domestic market or for export, this can be done in several ways:
– in shell;
– in the form of walnut kernels, mixed or selected: halves, quarters, eighths and cracks;
– in the form of oil;
– in the form of a stand-alone finished product (eg chocolate kernel glazed with chocolate, honey and sesame seeds, walnut milk, etc.);
– as an ingredient in food products (eg walnut cake, walnut biscuits, etc.);
